RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you do not download the item (s), you have the right to cancel a purchase from our Site within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires immediately after you download the item (s), or 14 days after the day you or a third party (not the carrier), whom you have designated, receives the item (s). Due to the nature of digital products, you waive your right to cancel an order and receive a refund once you download the item (s). However, if you do not download the item (s), you retain the right to cancel your order within 14 days after you receive the item (s).

If you receive a defective product, i.e. it cannot be opened, you retain your right to cancel the order and receive a refund for the full duration of 14 days from the day you receive the defective product, regardless of whether you download it.

If you wish to cancel your order, it is sufficient that you send a notification using the form below that you want to exercise the right to cancel before the cooling-off period of 14 days expires.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

A cancellation request is typically processed within 14 days. When we receive a cancellation request, we complete the following steps:

– We check whether the file you received with your order has been downloaded. If it has, you will only be eligible for a refund if you can prove that you received a defective product.

– If card payment has been used, and the amount has not been deducted from your account yet, we will cancel the reservation if we can.

– If the payment has been withdrawn from your account, we will try to refund the amount via PayPal. If this is not possible, we will contact you to request a bank account number we can transfer the refund to.
